About
BONA-74 is a single-storey, flat-roof family house characterised by clean lines, balanced proportions and a practical, open layout. It follows the minimalist architectural language of the BONA series while offering more interior space and increased flexibility compared to the smallest model. The design remains intentionally simple, focusing on clarity, usability and modern living.
The interior is centred around an open living, dining and kitchen area that benefits from generous natural light and direct access to the terrace. The larger floor area allows for more spacious common zones and improved room proportions, supporting comfortable everyday living. Bedrooms and bathroom areas are arranged for privacy and efficient circulation, making the layout suitable for couples, small families or long-term residential use. As with all BONA models, the single-level plan ensures easy movement throughout the house and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
BONA-74 is built using prefabricated timber-frame construction, ensuring precise manufacturing, consistent quality and reliable energy performance. Wall, roof and floor elements are produced in controlled factory conditions. Insulation levels, exterior cladding, windows and roof solutions can be adjusted to meet local climate conditions and national building regulations while maintaining the clean, modern character of the house.
The name BONA-74 refers to the net living area of the house. The layout is designed to maximise usable space while keeping the footprint efficient and well balanced. Like other models in the BONA series, technical specifications can be adapted depending on location, use and project requirements.
BONA-74 offers a well-judged balance between compact living and additional comfort within a minimalist architectural framework. Delivery and Assembly
Delivery and assembly costs appear in the configurator only after a specific country flag is selected. This allows us to calculate specific regional rates, as delivery distances and labour laws differ wildly between markets. The English version provides general information and excludes these estimates.
Structural design & technical documentation
Structural design and technical documentation are included in our pricing. Our engineering team prepares the construction drawings, structural calculations, energy performance data, and material specifications required for manufacturing and construction in the destination country.
Foundations
Foundation construction is not included in the price. We provide a precise foundation plan, but the customer is responsible for soil testing, site preparation, and the actual construction of the foundation based on our technical drawings.
Interior Finishing
We do not provide turnkey interior services. Internal doors, floor coverings, priming, painting, and tiling are not included in our scope or calculations (unless specifically selected as an option). The building is delivered with internal walls prepared for your chosen finish after technical systems are finalized.
Not included and provided by the client
The following items are outside our scope and must be provided by the client: foundation and structural floor construction; electrical wiring and distribution; ventilation, plumbing, heating systems, and interior priming (unless specifically selected as an option), painting, and tiling; construction waste removal; on-site mobile WC and worker accommodation; crane and operator services; temporary heating; customs duties; scaffolding rental and assembly; on-site unloading; and any bank guarantee or letter of credit fees.
