New spot on the map. We’ve completed our first project in the Faroe Islands: a 3-apartment building in Klaksvik.

EX WORKS

This one also ran a bit differently than most of our projects. It was delivered EX WORKS.

What it means is, we manufactured all the panels in our factory in Latvia, exactly to the agreed specifications. The client took it from there, transporting the panels to Faroe Islands and building the structure themselves.

This doesn’t happen often, but we do encourage it. The panels are designed and manufactured to the same standard either way, and a capable team on site can take it from delivery to finished shell without us there at all. That, of course, is yet another advantage of prefab house buildings, but more useful for our B2B clients: developers, construction companies, and similar teams already set up to manage delivery and assembly themselves.
