“Hello, world” is traditionally the first post on a new WordPress blog. So it is — and this is ours.

We’re launching our redesigned website, built on WordPress. It gives us a stable base with broad developer support, strong tooling, and a platform we can extend without turning every change into a custom project.

Key New Features

Configurator for Standard Designs

Our standard house models are built around defined structures and specifications, which makes them suitable for precise online configuration.

You can combine structural, material, and design options (such as roof material, exterior cladding, wall and roof thickness, and window and door systems), see how those choices affect the price in real time, and receive a full configuration and cost breakdown by email.

This provides a clear and consistent basis for further discussions.

Attempt at a Configurator for Custom Designs

Custom projects are different by definition. That makes automatic pricing difficult.

We are attempting to change that.

The custom configurator is built around a set of common starting points that reflect typical house types and sizes. Based on that structure, the system generates an estimated price range.

For most custom projects, this estimate should be close enough to understand the financial scale.

At the same time, every custom design can include elements that directly influence cost — unusual geometry, large glazing areas, complex roof structures, structural changes, and so on.

So this is not a final quote. It’s our attempt to provide early orientation before moving into detailed planning.

New Section for B2B Clients

A significant part of our work is public projects. This is now reflected on the website with a dedicated B2B section.

It covers prefab timber-frame panel systems for apartment buildings, row houses, hotels and cabins, and a wider range of public and commercial buildings — including schools, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, offices, dormitories, community buildings, industrial halls, and mixed-use developments — with a dedicated gallery showcasing finished public buildings.

New Picture Gallery with Instant Filters

The gallery has been expanded and reorganized to include our extended archive of project images from the past 20 years, covering finished buildings, interiors, construction phases, and manufacturing.

New filters allow you to instantly sort projects by country, project type (standard, custom, or public) and model.

New Additional Language: Icelandic

Our work in Iceland has grown extensively over the last several years. Adding a dedicated Icelandic section is a natural step and reflects that.

How This Came Together

And finally — and most importantly — this new version of the website would not have been possible without external support and strong technical partners.

The project was developed with funding from LIAA under the digitalization support program administered by LIAA who supports Latvian SMBs by funding digitalization, export development, and innovation projects that strengthen long-term competitiveness.

Development and implementation were carried out by Codeconomy. Thank you to the team for the technical expertise, reliability, and constructive collaboration throughout the project.
